We offer some of our books and products directly through our Square Store, Google Merchant and other services. If you buy directly from us, we will promptly handle any issues that arise. If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 30 days of receipt. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label for use with the original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund or replacement within five business days.
We package items carefully for shipping and you should expect them to arrive in perfect condition. Please let us know right away if there are any issues with damage during shipping. Keep the original packaging in case you decide to return the item to us.
